I am a registered TickerChart user. I want to add or renew my services subscription. How can I do that?
Please visit Subscriptions section.
What is TickerChart licensing scheme?
TickerChart licensing scheme is per user per machine. This scheme means that whenever a user subscribes with TickerChart, the subscription is only valid for the subscribed user and only one single computer. Accordingly, if another user tried to use the subscription, TickerChart would report a licensing problem. Also, if the subscribed user tried to run TickerChart on two computers, like one at office and other at home, TickerChart also would report a licensing problem.
I am a TickerChart user. I like to move my TickerChart subscription from one computer to another. What should I do?
To change the computer that you use to run TickerChart, you have to uninstall TickerChart from your old computer and reinstall TickerChart on your new one. After doing this, you have to email us with the subject "Technical Support" and the topic "Moving account to another computer". Then, we will move your machine license from your old to your new computer.
