TickerChart Live for Kuwait Stock Exchange (2011-01-31)
In addition to Saudi, Dubai and Abu Dhabi markets, TickerChart LIVE is now covering Kuwait market. All users will be able to use TickerChart LIVE for Kuwait market for FREE till Feb 15, 2011 by following the below steps:

TickerChart Live v1.1.7 (2010-08-09)
A new version of TickerChart Live is released (v1.1.7). The major new feature in this release is the alerts system.
The new alerts system in TickerChart Live can send alerts through email and SMS even if TickerChart Live application is closed when the alert condition is achieved. For example, you can setup the alert to send you SMS, and then you close TickerChart Live application because you are busy and cannot watch the market. When the alert condition is achieved, you will receive the alert SMS direct in your mobile.
The other new feature is the market movers screens. These screens show the top gainers, losers and active stocks in the market.
This release also includes some performance enhancements and bug fixes reported in previous release.
All TickerChart Live users are highly recommended to download and install to the new release (v1.1.7).

Within the development phases of TickerChart Live, a new version of TickerChart Live (v1.1.5) is released.
1- Market Time and Sale: All market trades can be watched now from Market Time and Sale window. From this window, the user can filter the trades according to the volume, value or the price of the trade. In addition, the user can watch the trades of selected stocks instead of all market.
2- Viewing all previous day trades when opening Time and Sale window for any stock.
3- Columns Coloring: It is possible now to change the color of any column in all windows that has tables, such as Market Watch window.
4- Chart toolbars are much simpler now.
5- Enhancing historical data download process when loading the chart. The process is much faster now.

TickerChart 3 Beta Release (2009-04-19)
Beta version of TickerChart v3 is now available for download. The main feature of the new version is the intraday data (half and one hour intervals). To download the beta version please click here.
Installing TickerChart v3 does not require uninstalling TickerChart v2. Both versions can work on the same machine with the same PIN number.

New Saudi Market Sectors (2008-04-06)
Conforming to the change in the sectors structure in Saudi Stock Market, the new sector distribution has been adopted in TickerChart. Accordingly, the following changes have been implemented in TickerChart Saudi Market data:
- Entering the new sectors and classifying the companies accordingly.
- New General Index (TASI)
- Adopting the new General Index as Saudi Market General Index.
- Entering 7 months of historical closing value only for the new index, since this data is the only data can be obtained so far. Full historical data for the new index will be entered as soon as it becomes available.
- Keeping old General Index, and updating it with the values of the new index after April 2nd 2008, till the historical data is obtained for the new index.
- Sector Indices
- Adopting new sector indices.
- Entering 7 months of historical closing value only for the new sector indices, since this data is the only data can be obtained so far. Full historical data for the new sector indices will be entered as soon as it becomes available.
- Keeping old sector indices in TickerChart software without update for comparing purposes.

Egypt and Palestine Markets (2007-04-16)
Pursuing its ultimate goal providing technical analysis tool for the investors in Middle East stock markets, TickerChart has recently added Egypt and Palestine stock markets. Accordingly, the stock markets covered by TickerChart so far are all GCC stock markets, in addition to Jordan, Egypt and Palestine markets. Complying with Dubai Financial Market, TickerChart has completed the new changes in sector classification and indices in the market.
- New DFM General Index has been added with its historical data.
- New sector indices and classification have been added with the historical data for the indices.
- Old DFM General Index historical data will be kept till January 1st 2007.

Complying with Dubai Financial Market, TickerChart has started adopting last trade value as the closing value for all DFM companies since November 30, 2006. The historical data for DFM companies can be adjusted to reflect last trade value by downloading the following data file, and using import from file feature in TickerChart application.
