What is the difference between TickerChart TREND and TickerChart LIVE?

I have already bought a subscription to TickerChart product. How can I activate my subscription?
To activate your TickerChart subscription, click on Activate button from the home page or just click here.
For TickerChart TREND, you can also activate your subscription directly from the program itself. From Databank menu, choose Process Activation Code.
What is the licensing scheme of your products?
For TickerChart TREND, the licensing scheme is per computer.
This scheme means that whenever a user subscribes to TickerChart TREND, the subscription will be only valid for one single computer. Accordingly, the subscribed user will not be able to run TickerChart TREND on two computers.
For the TickerChart LIVE, the licensing scheme is per session.
This scheme means that the subscribed user can have only one session at a time. In other words, if the user is connected to TickerChart LIVE from one computer, and he wants to use it on another computer, then he has to disconnect/close TickerChart LIVE from the first computer before using it on the other computer.
Can I use my TickerChart subscription on more than one computer?
For TickerChart TREND, the answers is Yes.
TickerChart Trend has the following subscription schemes.
1. Single PC: Once you use your subscription on one computer you cannot use it on another computer.
2. 2PC's: Enables you to use your subscription on two computers only.

For TickerChart LIVE, the answer is also Yes.
You can use your subscription on any computer, as long as you are connecting from only one computer at a time.
I am a TickerChart Trend user. How can I move my subscription to another computer?
Please contact support team. They will help you to move your subscription as soon as possible.
When I enter my username and password in TickerChart TREND, I get an error message saying Username already used ?
This error means that you are trying to use your subscription (username and password) that is already used before on another computer. Please read Licensing question of TickerChart TREND and how to move your subscription from one computer to another.
What is the delay period in TickerChart TREND data?
It depends on the market regulations. In general, it is between 10-15 minutes.
When I update TickerChart TREND data, I get the following error message Unable to connect to TickerChart TREND server. Please check your Internet connection and try again ?
Causes and resolutions:

You are not connected to the Internet. Make sure you are properly connected to the Internet. Try to access www.tickerchart.com website to check.

Firewalls and Internet Security Software: Such software may prevent TickerChart TREND to access the Internet. Try temporarily to disable this software.
When I update my TickerChart TREND data, I get the following error message Invalid data received, please try again ?
Causes and resolutions:

You are not connected to the Internet. Make sure you are properly connected to the Internet. Try to access www.tickerchart.com website to check.

Your current data is too old. This requires the data update to be downloaded from TickerChart TREND server to be too large. To resolve this problem, you have to uninstall current version of TickerChart TREND, and then download and install the last updated version of TickerChart TREND.
Do you offer any manuals or documentation for your TickerChart?

Is the historical data in TickerChart products adjusted for corporate actions?
Yes, all corporate actions are reflected on all TickerChart products historical data.
If you adjust all corporate actions, why do I see some gaps in TickerChart TREND historical data charts?

Check if Adjust Data button above the chart is pressed. If not pressed, please click it to enable adjust data options.

The gap is due to normal behavior of the stock and not due to corporate action. If you are sure that this gap is due to certain corporate action, please inform TickerChart Support team. Our corporate actions department will double check and correct it as soon as possible.
In TickerChart TREND, I want to see the historical data unadjusted on the charts, is this possible?
Yes. Make sure that the Adjust Data button above the chart is not pressed.
How can add new market to TickerChart TREND?
Go to Download Center and choose Add market option under TickerChart TREND and follow the instructions.
